Dow Jones Energy seeks an Executive Director, Consulting Solutions to architect customer success for the consulting business, building long-term relationships and driving revenue through bespoke solutions.
You will lead end-to-end delivery, manage pipeline, forecast resources, and coordinate between Business Development and delivery, reporting to the SVP Head of Research, with global offices and a hybrid work model.

As Executive Director, Consulting Solutions, you will serve as the primary architect of customer success for the Dow Jones Energy consulting business, dedicated to building, nurturing, and expanding long-term relationships with both new and existing customers through delivery of complex bespoke solutions. You will proactively scout for areas of market growth and identify opportunities for repeatable projects that create foundational revenue streams.
Alongside these client-facing responsibilities, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements by managing pipeline development, forecasting resource needs, and monitoring consultant capacity. By serving as the strategic bridge between Business Development and delivery, you will ensure that qualified leads are efficiently converted into revenue-generating, high-margin wins. You will report to the SVP - Head of Research.

Base Pay Range: $215,000 - $265,000
