Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in Huntley, IL is seeking a strong healthcare leader for Deer Path of Huntley. This full-time role is responsible for guiding quality care, staff supervision, and financial performance to ensure exceptional resident experiences.

You will drive quality assurance, engage residents and families with compassion, and ensure regulatory compliance while partnering with Marketing to support occupancy growth and community success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare leadership role; assisted/supported living experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to mentor and motivate staff.
• Experience in budget management and understanding financial statements.
• Demonstrates interpersonal skills and a compassionate, dignified approach.

Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $118,000.00
