Reflections Retirement Community in Champaign, IL is seeking a full-time healthcare leader to manage operations and ensure high-quality resident care. The role requires strong budgeting skills, staff mentorship, and exemplary communication with residents, families, and teams.

The ideal candidate will drive performance improvements, supervise a diverse team, and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations while collaborating with marketing to optimize occupancy prospects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a healthcare leadership role; Assisted/Supportive living experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the readiness to mentor, motivate, and inspire team members.
• Experience in effective budget management and strong understanding of financial statements and reports.
• Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Salary Range: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00
