Job summary

Carriage Crossing Senior Living of Champaign is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee operations at our Champaign, IL community. The role concentrates on delivering high-quality resident care, achieving financial performance, and guiding a talented team.

You will shape programs that support well-being and dignity for residents and families. The position requires proven leadership in healthcare settings, strong communication, and hands-on supervision to maintain excellent service and occupancy

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a healthcare leadership role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the readiness to mentor, motivate, and inspire team members.
• Experience in effective budget management and strong understanding of financial statements and reports.
• Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
