Responsibilities

Oversee total operation of a YMCA Center, including membership, programs, facilities, and staff development.
Develop and implement annual operating plan with goals and timelines.
Direct financial development activities and achieve fund-raising goals.
Lead long-range capital development planning and endowment growth.
Build strong community relationships and represent the YMCA in the local area.
