Yoga? No—the YMCA of South Hampton Roads seeks an Executive Director to lead day-to-day operations across primary and secondary locations. You will guide staff, volunteers, and programs while driving fiscal health and community impact.

You'll oversee budget, fundraising, and program expansion, ensuring safety, quality, and member satisfaction. This role requires strategic leadership and strong partnerships to strengthen the surrounding community.

Qualifications

• Strong business operations background with a proven track record of growth and financial management.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Business Management, or Business Administration.
• Ten or more years of successful management experience, preferably in YMCA or nonprofit health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Achieve budget expectations and drive the Association Strategic Plan.
• Lead exempt and non-exempt staff; recruit, train, and develop talent.
• Develop and grow programs and services; ensure safety and quality of facilities and equipment.
• Oversee fundraising efforts and Annual Campaign.
• Build community collaborations and partner with local organizations.
