Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. is seeking an Executive Director to oversee daily operations of our Hamilton, OH, outpatient addiction treatment facility and the Springfield site.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in human services field or Bachelor's with two years' experience in related healthcare.
• Five years' experience in management.
• Ability to coordinate the organization's services with other community resources.
• Administrative or supervisory experience in a licensed substance use disorder or mental health treatment facility.
• Management skills in addressing human resources and financial matters.
• Valid driver's license in good standing; travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with CARF, state and county standards and confidentiality regulations.
• Develop, implement, and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Plan for and administer managerial, operational, fiscal, and reporting components of the organization.
• Participate in Performance Improvement Plans for patient care and staff retention.
• Assess participant needs through outcome surveys and meetings; adjust programs as needed.
• Assign duties to teammates based on education and competencies.
• Maintain community relationships and MOUs with resources.
• Supervise all staff and ensure credential verification annually.
• Ensure documentation in patient records adheres to policies and timely.
