Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers in Eureka, CA is seeking an Assistant Executive Director to help manage all facets of the facility, including planning, organizing, delegating, meetings, marketing, budgeting, and overseeing clinical and medical care, while enforcing state and federal standards. This role supports performance improvement and community relations aligned with Pinnacle’s mission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three years’ experience in management.
• Administrative or supervisory experience in a licensed substance use disorders or mental health treatment facility.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for meetings and conferences.

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Director with development, implementation and enforcement of policies and procedures.
• Plan for and administer managerial, operational, fiscal, and reporting components.
• Participate in Performance Improvement Plan for client care and staff retention.
• Ensure teammates are assigned duties and oriented within 15 days of hire.
• Establish and maintain community relationships and MOUs with resources.
• Supervise, train, and orient teammates; review personnel files per HR guidelines.
