Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers is seeking an Executive Director to oversee daily operations of a growing addiction treatment facility in Ohio. You will manage key functions including teammate relations, human resources, marketing and growth initiatives, state and accreditation compliance, finance, utilization, and admissions flow.

A strong, positive culture and staff development are essential. Requirements include a Master’s in a human services field or a Bachelor’s with two years in healthcare,

Qualifications

• Five years’ management experience required.
• Master's degree in human services field or Bachelor’s with two years’ related healthcare experience.
• Ability to coordinate services with community resources and manage HR/finance matters.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily operations of a growing treatment facility in compliance with state and CARF standards.
• Oversee human resources, marketing, growth initiatives, finance, utilization, and admissions flow.
• Develop strong teams by fostering a positive culture and ensuring staff performance and safety.
• Coordinate with community resources; supervise medical, clinical, and administrative staff; review credentials annually.
• Plan and administer managerial, operational, fiscal, and reporting components of the organization.
• Attend team meetings and complete required training; other duties as assigned.
