Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers is seeking a Clinical Director to oversee all clinical teams and programs. You will provide clinical guidance, trainings, and performance feedback to staff to maintain high standards of care. Expect travel up to 10% to attend meetings and conferences.

Qualified candidates have NJ Independent Counseling license and CCS, with 2+ years in substance use/behavioral health and strong treatment planning skills. Comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in substance use and/or behavioral health including group and individual counseling with treatment planning skills and case management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinical program compliance with CARF, DMHAS, and state/federal standards.
• Monitor daily flow of all clinical programs and schedule alignment.
• Oversee patient participation and maintain confidential documentation.
• Provide direct observation and feedback on counseling sessions.
• Deliver timely performance evaluations for clinical staff.
• Assist census management and transition planning for patients.
