Pinnacle Treatment Centers in Hamilton, OH is seeking an Executive Director to lead daily operations of a growing outpatient addiction treatment facility. You will manage teams, HR, marketing, and growth initiatives, ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines, and drive performance across clinical and administrative functions.

The role requires a Master's in a related field or a Bachelor's with relevant healthcare experience, plus at least five years of management experience and travel

Qualifications

• Master's degree in human services or related field (or Bachelor's with 2 years healthcare experience).
• At least 5 years of management experience.
• Experience in licensed substance use disorder or mental health treatment facility.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with CARF, State and County Standards, including patient confidentiality and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and enforce company policies and procedures with a focus on patient and teammate rights.
• Plan and administer managerial, operational, fiscal, and reporting components of the organization.
• Participate in Performance Improvement Plan for patient care, staff retention, and performance.
• Assess participant needs via outcome surveys and meetings to improve program development.
• Assign duties to teammates based on education, training, and competencies.
• Establish and maintain community relationships and MOUs with resources.
• Supervise all staff (medical, clinical, administrative) and review credentials annually.
