DPS Association Management seeks a seasoned Executive Director / Association Manager in Chicago to lead a portfolio of nonprofit client associations. You will partner with volunteer boards to strengthen governance, operations, and impact.

This full-time, hybrid role reports to the VP of Association Management Services, offering leadership across governance, strategy, events, and member engagement with travel up to 5% and a planned in-office cadence in Chicago.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in management, business, marketing, or related field.
• 1–4 years in association management, nonprofit administration, or similar field.
• Experience with governance, membership, events, and engagement.

Mansioni

• Serve as ex-officio Executive Director to client boards and staff committees.
• Plan, facilitate, document board/committee meetings and advise on bylaws and governance.
• Drive organizational transformation, revenue, and membership growth; monitor budgets and compliance.
