Job summary

Parthenon Management Group seeks an Association Manager to drive governance, financial viability, and program execution for professional societies. You will work with boards, committees, and PMG colleagues to implement strategic plans, coordinate annual meetings, and advance fundraising initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills, with a focus on delivering results for client organizations and maintaining PMI-wide standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Strong budget management and reporting skills.
• Proven ability to lead, plan, and communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support governing boards and committees; ensure alignment with strategic plan.
• Oversee annual meetings, programs, and organizational budgeting.
• Develop resources and fundraising plans to support financial health.
• Coordinate with PMG Meetings Content and Meetings Department on program logistics.
