Capture Management Solutions seeks an Executive Director to oversee CMS association management company clients. The role involves budgeting, member services, marketing, communications, events, and close work with boards to grow financial viability.

You will lead the CMS staff, guide boards on strategic plans, and coordinate with marketing and events teams to implement client initiatives and drive non-dues revenue. Requires project management across multiple clients.

Competenze

• 2–5 years experience in nonprofit or association management preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, nonprofit management, communications, public relations, marketing, or events preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customer service orientation.
• Experience coordinating budgets, marketing, events, and board relations.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects concurrently.

Mansioni

• Serve as Executive Director for CMS AMC clients.
• Develop, monitor, and manage client budgets.
• Review client financial statements with the finance team.
• Maintain relationships with clients; act as primary contact for questions.
• Guide the association board to set strategic plans and goals.
• Direct CMS marketing and events teams to execute client initiatives.
• Develop non-dues revenue opportunities with sponsors/partners.
• Manage membership renewal processes and campaigns.
• Prepare materials for board meetings and participate in meetings.
• Attend leadership/committee meetings.
• Provide leadership and supervision to CMS staff on assigned clients.
