• 10+ years of strategy, transformation, or related field experience.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives across complex orgs.
• Deep knowledge of customer journey transformation and operating models.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Executive communication and storytelling skills.
• Proven capability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Strong financial acumen including business cases and value realization.

Responsabilidades

• Set and drive enterprise strategy for AI-enabled journey transformation.
• Partner with executives to prioritize opportunities and impact.
• Lead end-to-end transformation from strategy to execution.
• Provide thought leadership on AI, digital, and CX trends.
• Shape investment decisions with business cases and roadmaps.
• Maintain controls and responsible AI deployment.
• Build enterprise partnerships across Product, Digital, Operations, Tech, Risk, Finance, Analytics, and Business.
• Drive governance, cross-org alignment, and executive reviews.
• Scale AI journey capabilities with prioritization rigor.
• Design journeys and operating models for accountability.
• Manage performance, insights, and talent with KPI frameworks.
