JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an Executive Director to lead techno-functional controls across AI-enabled initiatives within COD, Wholesale KYC Operations, and Digital Document Services.

You will guide governance standards, risk assessments, and control design for GenAI and agentic AI programs. You will collaborate with CDAO and 1st Line of Defense, driving population‑level insights, testing, and scalable controls while mentoring a global team and partnering with Operations, Technology, Product, and

Formación

• Strong Python for analysis and automation
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into risk insights
• Experience building and leading cross‑functional teams across global programs
• Familiarity with AI/data governance and model risk management frameworks

Responsabilidades

• Set and drive AI controls strategy across Client Onboarding & Documentation and CDAO support
• Build executive partnerships with Operations, Technology, Product, Data, Compliance, Legal, Risk and Audit
• Lead technical AI risk assessments across AI/ML use cases and ensure accountable resolution
• Strengthen data governance expectations for AI initiatives and data products
• Direct deep-dive technical reviews of AI solutions and translate risks into recommendations for leadership
• Champion technology-enabled testing at scale using analytics and automation
• Provide advisory support on change management and large transformation programs
• Drive root-cause analysis and remediation, embedding insights into standards
• Build and develop a high-performing global team with capability development
• Represent COD Controls in executive forums and provide guidance on AI risks
• Promote innovation using Python, GenAI/LLMs and automation for scalable controls
