Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technology risk management, cybersecurity, technology controls, or a related field.
• Experience leading complex technology or controls transformation initiatives, including roadmaps and governance.
• Experience designing controls-as-code, policy-as-code, automated guardrails, telemetry-driven controls, or evidence automation.
• Advanced knowledge of technology risk and control environments, including issue management and audit readiness.
• Experience designing governance for enterprise-authorized AI capabilities and AI-enabled workflows.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate with executives.
• Practical knowledge of engineering methods and technology workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements technology risk management strategies, policies, and processes.
• Leads the transformation to a proactive, product-based operating model with defined intake and delivery.
• Redesigns technology controls for AI environments with appropriate human oversight.
• Establishes governance standards for enterprise-authorized AI capabilities and traceability.
• Develops reusable control patterns across technology domains.
• Implements controls-as-code, policy-as-code, automated guardrails, and evidence capture.
• Designs end-to-end traceability across control intents, actions, and outcomes.
• Applies systems thinking and automation to reduce repeat issues and rework.
• Establishes target-state architecture and roadmaps for improved control performance.
• Manages control reporting and performance metrics for leadership visibility.
• Builds relationships across technology, risk, audit, and other functions to drive standard controls.
