EPIC Healthcare is seeking an Executive Director/Administrator for our Assisted Living Facility. The role leads the team, oversees operations and ensures regulatory compliance to maintain high standards of care and a positive community.

The Executive Director will drive strategy, manage budgets, and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and staff while upholding regulatory requirements and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven leadership experience in healthcare administration, preferably in assisted living or long-term care.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and licensing requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, financial operations, and resource allocation.
• Passion for providing high-quality care to seniors and promoting a positive community.
