Elevate Care in Des Plaines, IL is seeking an Executive Director to lead our Assisted Living community with a focus on resident care, staff engagement, and operational excellence. You will drive daily operations, budget and performance management, and regulatory compliance while building strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.
