Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field required.
• Minimum 1–3 years of senior leadership experience in assisted living or healthcare.
• Demonstrated regulatory compliance experience and operational management.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and occupancy goals.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• NYS Assisted Living Administrator certification preferred or ability to obtain.

Position Summary

The Executive Director is responsible for the overall leadership, operations, and financial performance of the community. This role ensures regulatory compliance, resident satisfaction, staff engagement, and sustainable growth while upholding the mission and values of Castle Senior Living.

• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations
• Foster a culture of compassionate, resident-centered care
