Under the direction of the Board of Library Trustees, the Executive Director serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Carroll County Public Library (CCPL), providing visionary leadership to advance the Library's mission, strategic priorities, and long-term sustainability.
The Executive Director leads a nationally recognized public library system committed toinnovation, lifelong learning, exceptional customer service, and responsible stewardship of publicresources. Reporting directly to the seven-member Board of Library Trustees, the ExecutiveDirector establishes organizational priorities, develops and implements strategic initiatives, andensures the effective management of library operations, finances, facilities, technology, andpersonnel.
Salary
$145,000.00 to $170,000.00 annually
