Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an ALA-accredited library school.
• 5 years professional librarian experience with at least 2 years in admin or supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as CEO of Carroll County Public Library and lead the Board's strategy.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives and ensure sustainability.
• Oversee operations, finances, facilities, technology, and personnel.
