Sunrise Senior Living in Hermosa Beach, CA is seeking an Executive Director to lead all aspects of community operations, drive occupancy growth, manage the P&L and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional resident and family experiences.

You will recruit, coach and develop leadership, partner with sales for move-ins, and build strong relationships with residents, families and referral sources. This role rewards strategic-impact leadership and dedicated service to seniors.

Competenze

• Executive Director, Administrator or General Manager experience
• Proven success driving occupancy, revenue and operational performance
• Strong P&L, budgeting and business management skills
• Experience leading teams and managing performance
• Sales and customer relationship experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills
• Passion for serving seniors and leading high-performing teams

Pay Range

121,576.00 - 173,992.00
