The role directs care, sales, budgeting, and regulatory compliance while fostering a high-performing team.

The position requires proven leadership with a track record in driving financial performance and occupancy, and strong relationship-building with residents, families, and referral sources.

Qualifications

• Prior Executive Director, Administrator or General Manager experience.
• Proven success driving occupancy, revenue and operational performance.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall community operations including care, sales, financial performance and compliance.
• Drive occupancy growth, revenue strategy and market positioning.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, labor and expense control to meet financial goals.
• Recruit, hire, coach and develop high-performing leadership and team members.
• Deliver exceptional resident and family experience through service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards.
• Partner with Sales to advance leads and maximize move-ins.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and local referral sources.
• Lead team engagement, culture and performance management.

111,696.00 - 159,744.00
