The base salary ranges from $215,000 to $260,000 with bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package. Remote work is eligible; travel is domestic 40–60%.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise strategy or senior commercial roles.
• Executive advisory credibility with C-suite peers and governance experience.
• Strong fluency in Danaher Business System (DBS) and cross-OpCo influence.
• Advanced financial acumen with ROI and cost-benefit analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Danaher One executive interface for strategic clients and align roadmaps with customer priorities.
• Own post-signature leadership and value realization for strategic accounts.
• Lead executive governance, reviews, and performance cadence with dashboards and metrics.
• Drive client capital planning and asset optimization with ROI analyses.
• Lead transformation initiatives using DBS and change management frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-OpCo teams and act as executive escalation point for complex challenges.
