Job summary

Danaher Diagnostics is seeking an Enterprise Program Leader to guide enterprise-wide initiatives, align strategies with customer priorities, and ensure measurable value and long-term account health. You will translate clinical and financial needs into actionable plans across multiple OpCos.

The role requires 20+ years in leadership within healthcare/diagnostics, with DBS and change-management experience, and a remote-friendly work arrangement.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree from an accredited institution; MBA strongly preferred.
• 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise strategy and complex program leadership within healthcare/diagnostics.
• Executive customer advisory with credibility to advise C-suite leaders and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Danaher One executive interface for strategic clients and align enterprise strategy with customer priorities.
• Own post-signature leadership and value realization for strategic accounts and ensure long-term partnership health.
• Lead governance, engagement, and performance cadence with executive reviews and strategic summits.
