Job summary

Northwell Health is seeking a Senior Technician to provide white-glove desktop and endpoint support for executives at the 59th Street office. You will be the primary on-site tech, handling Windows and macOS, devices, and AV/meeting environments.

You will manage the full device lifecycle, perform patching and software deployment via enterprise tools, support mobile devices, and maintain accurate asset records while upholding executive-facing professionalism and SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, white-glove support for executives on Windows and macOS platforms.
• Manage end-to-end device lifecycle: provisioning, imaging, deployment, and retirement of executive endpoints.
• Perform endpoint management tasks including patching, compliance monitoring, and software deployment via enterprise tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune).
• Support executive mobile devices (iOS/Android), peripherals, and accessories.
• Maintain accurate asset records, documentation, and support procedures for executive technology environments.
• Provide first-level support for executive conference rooms and huddle spaces, including video conferencing setup and troubleshooting (Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
• Conduct pre-meeting room checks to ensure all technology is functional ahead of high-priority meetings.
• Escalate complex room system issues to the Enterprise Collaboration team as needed.
• Operate within established SLAs, ticketing standards, and service protocols while maintaining thorough ticket documentation.
• Maintain a calm, professional, and solutions-focused approach in high-pressure, executive-facing situations.
• Collaborate with the broader Executive Technology team and participate in knowledge-sharing and process improvement efforts.
