Qualifications

• BS degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years in desktop support; 10 years preferred.
• Proficiency with MS365, Windows 10/11, and Zoom.
• Strong hardware knowledge: printers, laptops, and iPhones.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove technical support to executives, assistants, and staff.
• Manage and improve technical systems for secure, efficient operations.
• Create user accounts, configure laptops, and set up workstations.
• Respond to hardware and software issues with effective solutions.
• Set up audio-visual equipment for meetings and events.
• Collaborate with management on technical and operational project plans.
• Document service desk procedures for IT professionals and end-users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues.
• Assist with office moves and system upgrades as required.
