- 4+ years of white-glove / executive-level support experience.
- 5+ years in end-user/desktop support.
- 5+ years PC hardware and software installation.
- 5+ years enterprise hardware and peripherals troubleshooting.
- 5+ years Office 365 and MS Teams support.
- 4+ years Cisco Webex / video conferencing support.
- Experience in hardware installation, repair, and preventive maintenance.
- Strong network troubleshooting for desktop/laptop systems.
- Ability to mentor junior technicians and lead projects.
Responsibilities
