Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Savannah is seeking a Senior Desktop Support Analyst to provide executive-level IT support for installed products and applications, primarily serving C-suite executives and their staff.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 3 years of desktop support experience, with strong skills in PowerShell automation, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management. Travel up to 25% may be required; shift is First, full-time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
• Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or technology related field highly preferred.
• 3 years experience providing desktop technical support.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance on software installation, utilization and troubleshooting to ensure successful implementation.
• Analyze the customer's technical environment and explain complex issues to customers in a non-technical way to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Observe and report on activities used to support customers; provide ideas, input, and innovation throughout the development process.
• Provide technical support to executive management and designated VIPs, and training to customer staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
