Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior VIP Desktop Support Technician to deliver dedicated onsite executive support for senior leaders and staff in a fast-paced corporate setting.

The role covers advanced deskside and desktop support for Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, conferencing systems, mobile devices, and remote assistance, including imaging, deployments, data migrations, and collaboration tech maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of desktop/deskside or end-user support in an enterprise environment.
• Experience supporting executives, leadership or VIP users in corporate/government settings.
• Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft 365 apps, endpoints, collaboration tech.
• Onsite, customer-facing technical support experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary onsite technical support for executives and VIP staff.
• Provide high-touch, professional support with discretion and confidentiality.
• Develop trusted relationships with executives and assistants.
• Resolve executive tech issues quickly to minimize business disruption.
• Support executive meetings, board events, and high-visibility activities.
• Assist with mobile device setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with IT teams to ensure rapid issue resolution.
• Document incidents and support activities in ITSM processes.
