Job summary

GoToFoods in Atlanta, GA seeks an experienced Desktop Support Technician to provide frontline IT support for executive users and assistants. The role covers on-site and remote assistance, hardware and software deployments, and high‑level customer service.

You will work with the executive team to maintain optimal technology experiences, manage conference room technology, and ensure timely incident response in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years supporting corporate IT environments, including service desk, troubleshooting, and hardware/software support.
• 2+ years dedicated to supporting executives in IT support functions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with executive administration, HR, Corporate Communications, IT leaders, Systems Engineering, and executives to assess and fulfill technology needs for executive teams.
• Completes work product checklists following onboarding/offboarding procedures (laptops, software, wiping systems).
• Keeps executive team hardware and software up to date; diagnoses and repairs equipment as needed.
