Job summary

Incendia Partners is seeking an experienced IT support specialist to deliver white-glove, VIP service to executive leadership in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage Tier 1/2 tickets, support Windows and macOS, configure devices, and oversee hybrid meeting setups using Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

Candidates should have 2–4+ years of corporate IT support, strong communication, discretion, and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ to 4+ years of corporate IT support with documented white-glove deskside service.
• Experience delivering premium, discrete VIP technical assistance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, macOS, AD/Azure AD, VPN/remote tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium, priority IT support to C-suite executives and senior leaders.
• Manage Tier 1 and Tier 2 tickets, remote diagnostics, and deskside troubleshooting for Windows and macOS.
• Set up and support hybrid meetings, video conferencing, audio/visual systems using Teams and Zoom.
