Job summary

Veeam Software, a leader in data resilience and security, seeks a Desktop Support Engineer II to deliver high-touch executive tech support and manage workplace technology including A/V systems.

You will own incidents end-to-end, coordinate with security and network teams, and support executive home offices and travel across time zones. Strong ITIL practices and 5+ years of end-user support required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years in desktop or end-user support, including executive support.
• Proven proficiency across Mac, Windows, iOS, Android environments.
• Strong knowledge of AD, networking, and server technologies.
• Deep proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook/Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive.
• Hands-on experience with Zoom and Zoom Webinars for large-scale events.
• Experience with Jamf and Microsoft Intune for endpoint management.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-facing technical support with confidentiality and privacy.
• Maintain on-site and remote support across business hours with on-call rotation.
• Set up and support A/V for high-visibility events and board meetings.
• Manage executive tech stacks, patching, and device deployment using Jamf/Intune.
• Lead end-to-end incident ownership with cross-team coordination.
• Document ITSM/ITIL processes and maintain support records.
