Job summary

Veeam is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer II, Executive Technical Support, to deliver high-touch technology support to executive leaders and key stakeholders, ensuring they can operate seamlessly and securely every day.

You’ll manage executive audio/visual setups, Zoom/video conferencing, and device deployments with Jamf and Intune, while owning incidents end‑to‑end and coordinating with IT, HR, and security teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in desktop or end-user support, including 5+ years with C-level executives and assistants.
• Proven cross-platform support across Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android.
• Experience with IT infrastructure and ITSM ticketing systems.
• Hands-on administration of Zoom and Zoom Webinars, Azure/Entra ID, Exchange Online, Jamf, and Intune.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-touch technical support to executives, remotely and on-site.
• Provide on-call coverage and after-hours support as needed.
• Set up and support A/V for board meetings, All-hands, and events.
• Manage executive device imaging, deployment, and software rollouts.
• Own incidents end-to-end, coordinating with networks, security, and apps teams.
• Document all support activities per ITSM processes.
• Assist onboarding of new executive staff and home-office setups.
