You will handle PowerShell automation, Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management (Intune/MECM), UX mindset, cybersecurity awareness, data analytics and reporting, and broad executive support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 3 years desktop support experience.
• Experience supporting executive level staff and VIPs.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance on software installation and troubleshooting.
• Explain complex issues to customers in non-technical terms to maintain satisfaction.
• Observe and report activities; contribute ideas during development.
• Provide executive-level support and training to staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
