GovCIO is seeking a seasoned Business Data Intelligence & Operations Analyst to bridge data environments with executive decision-makers. You will develop executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and operational reports for federal contracting, supporting strategic growth and performance improvement.

You will collaborate with government clients and stakeholders, shaping reporting specifications, analytics, and workforce insights.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in data science, MIS, CS or closely related analytical field.
• 3+ years in BI, operational analytics, or federal consulting.
• Experience with DoD or Navy stakeholders desirable.
• Strong visualization with Power BI/Tableau/Salesforce Analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and Salesforce Analytics.
• Define KPIs with senior leadership and translate requirements into technical specs.
• Perform operational, financial, and contract analyses to support planning and performance management.
• Deliver workforce analytics on recruiting pipelines and hiring trends.
• Conduct market research on federal agencies, GovTech trends for business development.
• Present findings and briefings to senior leadership and clients to drive improvements.
• Utilize SharePoint, Salesforce, and Costpoint to streamline reporting workflows.
