BMO U.S. is seeking an experienced corporate lending professional to join its Capital Markets Sales & Service team in New York.

The role involves origination, structuring, and credit analysis for sponsor-backed and non-sponsor transactions, with responsibility for a diversified portfolio of private, public, and middle-market borrowers. The position requires deep credit knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and collaboration with product specialists to deliver tailored lending

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant investment banking or corporate lending experience.
• MBA, CFA or equivalent in financial services.
• Experience originating, underwriting, structuring, and negotiating complex financial transactions.
• Experience supporting Sponsor-backed leveraged buyouts (LBOs), M&A financings, dividend recapitalizations, refinancings, and acquisition financings.
