BMO Financial Group in New York seeks a senior corporate lending professional to originate, underwrite, structure, and negotiate complex transactions. Qualifications

• MBA, CFA or equivalent experience in financial services or accounting.
• Minimum 6 years in investment banking, leveraged finance, corporate banking, sponsor finance or commercial lending.
• Experience originating, underwriting, structuring, and negotiating complex financings, including sponsor-backed LBOs, M&A financings, dividend recapitalizations, refinancings.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to origination and structuring of corporate lending transactions.
• Partake in deal teams to maximize sector penetration and client value.
• Prepare credit documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage a diverse portfolio with progression toward greater client responsibility.
• Monitor client performance and advise on cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with sector coverage partners to deliver timely solutions.
• Perform financial analysis and build/update models for client deliverables.
• Conduct due diligence and credit analysis on sponsor-backed borrowers and related structures.
