Kyndryl Inc. seeks an Assoc Partner with a proven record in guiding C-suite clients through major digital transformations, especially where AI, cybersecurity, and hybrid cloud intersect. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive strategic outcomes, and ensure client value across marquee engagements.

You will work across pre-deal strategy and post-deal delivery, maintaining executive presence and delivering measurable business results for Fortune 500 clients.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in C-suite relationships and consultative selling within a major consulting or corporate setting.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams on large-scale technology engagements.
• Strong commercial acumen with revenue, fee negotiation, scope, and margins experience.
• Domain expertise in Enterprise Resiliency, Cyber Resiliency, Incident Response, or Hybrid Infra modernization.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive-facing engagements and shape strategic change agendas across Fortune 500 accounts.
• Drive profitable growth by hitting revenue targets and managing account backlog and margins.
• Oversee complex engagements from inception to delivery with focus on resiliency, security, and AI-enabled infrastructure.
