Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking an Associate Partner in Consult (Consumer & Travel) to guide client accounts through complex engagements, leading multi-disciplinary teams from bid response through delivery. You will shape strategic change agendas, align AI with enterprise infrastructure, and build trusted CXO relationships across PA and NY accounts.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in client relationship management and executive engagement at the CXO level.
• Proven track record of managing high-value business development activities, including bid management, solutioning, and contract negotiation.
• Experience leading complex service delivery with multidisciplinary teams across consulting or corporate environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of project services opportunities from bid response to delivery.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful project milestones and client satisfaction.
