Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in C-suite relationships and consultative selling within a major consulting or corporate setting.
  • Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams on large-scale technology engagements.
  • Strong commercial acumen with revenue, fee negotiation, scope, and margins experience.
  • Domain expertise in Enterprise Resiliency, Cyber Resiliency, Incident Response, or Hybrid Infra modernization.

Responsibilities

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $185,760 to $334,320 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement. There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations: California (San Francisco Bay Area): $222,960 to $401,160 California (All Other): $204,360 to $367,800 Colorado: $185,760 to $334,320 Massachusetts: $185,760 to $367,800 New York City: $222,960 to $401,160 Washington: $204,360 to $367,800 Washington DC: $204,360 to $367,800 This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans.
