Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking an Associate Partner in Business Process Consulting to drive process-driven solutions for Fortune 100 clients remotely in the U.S. You will analyze current processes, design improvements, and deploy solutions that align with technology and business goals.

You will collaborate with customers, project managers, and technical teams, influencing stakeholders and delivering measurable efficiency gains across PTP, OTC, GL, and related functions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in multiple business processes: PTP, OTC, GL, FA, Budgeting, Cash Management.
• Process Certifications (Six Sigma, BPM, ITIL or equivalent).
• Business Acumen & deep working knowledge of progressive business procedures.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customers' current business processes, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Recommend process changes, new technologies, or organizational changes that drive efficiency and cost savings.
• Develop a large-scale strategic vision ensuring new processes align with business goals and technology.
• Manage sales processes beyond procurement to maintain strong customer relations and buy-in.
