Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field.
• Five or more years of experience in compensation analysis or related roles within healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Shape compensation strategy: balance external market practices, internal equity, priorities, and financial stewardship.
• Conduct executive market analysis, job evaluations, market pricing, and benchmarking for executive roles.
• Advise senior leaders on compensation considerations related to recruitment, retention, succession planning, and organizational change.
• Inform strategic decisions by analyzing market trends and translating data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Lead design, evaluation, and maintenance of executive incentive and variable compensation programs.
