Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field of study required. Experience can be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Master’s Degree Related Field of Study preferred.
• 8+ years of program management experience required.
• 1+ years of team leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides lead support and guidance for redesign initiatives and programs, such as job description changes management and focal point transition.
• Consults, advises, and acts as a liaison between HR departments and COE, business areas, and project sponsors.
• Responsible for program/project oversight, evaluation, planning, coordination, development, and documentation of project plans, requirements and specifications, timelines, and status.
• May lead and allocate or assign work to the project team and COE members, and identify needed resources.
• Manages project/program communication process to stakeholders and the business community, in conjunction with internal communications.
• Establishes protocols and SOPs for new programs.
