Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in executive compensation or rewards strategy in global organizations.
• 8+ years designing and governing executive compensation programs.
• Proven experience in delivering compensation insights to executives.

Responsibilities

• Shape and enhance executive compensation programs.
• Lead design of governance and operating model processes.
• Oversee long-term incentive program design.
• Develop training and communication materials.
• Partner with Finance on forecasting and program operations.
• Collaborate with Talent, Legal, Finance, and vendors.
