Job summary

Electronic Arts seeks a Senior Director, Executive Compensation to shape and oversee global compensation programs, reporting to the VP Total Rewards. You will design incentives, govern governance frameworks, and partner with executives to attract and retain talent while aligning with EA's strategic priorities.

You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, Talent, and external partners to deliver integrated compensation programs and support mergers, acquisitions and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in executive compensation, incentives, rewards strategy, or related areas within global organizations.
• 8+ years designing, governing and administering executive compensation programs, including regulatory considerations.
• 8+ years collaborating with senior leadership to develop enterprise-wide compensation strategies.
• Strong financial acumen with forecasting and scenario-based analysis.

Responsibilities

• Shape and enhance EA's incentive compensation programs to support enterprise priorities.
• Lead governance and operating model processes for executive compensation for the Compensation Committee.
• Oversee long-term incentive program design balancing internal equity and financial effectiveness.
• Develop training and communications for program participants and leaders.
• Partner with Finance on forecasting and program operations, controls, and planning inputs.
• Collaborate with Talent, Global Compensation, Legal, Finance, and external vendors to deliver integrated programs.
