Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive compensation experience, including leadership roles.
• Experience designing and administering executive, leadership, and broad-based compensation programs.
• Strategic advisory experience to senior leaders on compensation decisions.
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills to translate data into actions.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise compensation programs for executives and broad-based employee populations.
• Provide compensation guidance related to executive decisions, hiring, promotions, and retention actions.
• Serve as trusted advisor to HR partners on compensation and job architecture.
• Oversee salary structures, market pricing, and governance programs.
• Evaluate internal equity and market competitiveness to inform design.
• Provide oversight of market intelligence, analytics, surveys, and competitive assessments.
• Lead cross-functional compensation projects and ensure compliance and pay equity.
