Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Staff Executive Compensation Business Partner to lead design, governance, and communication of executive compensation, and stock program initiatives in the Total Rewards team.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, strategic influence, and collaboration with HR partners and leadership to ensure competitive and equitable programs and successful Board materials preparation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation, with a focus on executive compensation and stock programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledgeable about external factors and trends affecting executive compensation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, implementation and governance of executive compensation programs (short-term, long-term, and deferred compensation).
• Provide expert guidance to HR Business Partners and leaders on executive compensation matters.
• Lead development and delivery of executive compensation training and communications materials.
• Manage annual executive compensation benchmarking, data analysis, peer group selection, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with executive recruiting to develop competitive offers and smooth onboarding for executives.
• Forecast and model impact of plan design changes and regulatory updates.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices in executive compensation.
• Assist in preparing materials for Board of Directors Compensation Committee meetings.
• Support broad-based stock program design, governance, budgeting, and stakeholder training.
