Job summary

Applied Intuition, Inc. is seeking a Compensation Business Partner to shape and manage the company’s compensation programs, including cash and equity, across functions and geographies.

You will partner with senior leaders to design, benchmark, and implement market-competitive pay structures. You will lead complex projects, translate data into clear recommendations, and help align compensation with our rapid growth and talent strategy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of compensation experience, including cash and equity programs.
• Experience designing and evolving compensation programs, benchmarking, job architecture, leveling, and pay equity.
• Experience supporting compensation programs across functions, geographies, or populations.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve compensation programs to support Applied Intuition’s growth.
• Serve as trusted compensation advisor to leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Lead benchmarking and market analysis to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Support design and execution of compensation reviews, job architecture, and related frameworks.
• Create scalable processes that adapt to changing business priorities and talent needs.
